In December, we featured 12 dogs and cats up for adoption at the CARE animal shelter in Springfield. All but one of them were adopted. Julia is still looking for a home! Julia is described as a dog that wants to be a mom....whether it's mothering other dogs, children, cats, whatever. She just loves to love and BE loved.
